Support employee claims

The Evolve IS team provide clear guidance and support to employees in respect of claims for deductions that may not have been paid over to the pension provider. Quantify liabilities arising from unpaid contributions

Check for loans and other potentially suspicious transactions

Loans made to or from the scheme? Sums paid in for the benefit of directors shortly before the insolvency? Whatever’s happened, we report on the facts so you can follow up and take legal action where appropriate.

Liaise with pension providers over scheme closures

Where the IP hasn’t had to assume responsibility for the scheme, we contact the pension provider to formally request winding up, then follow up for confirmation of closure. If you have taken over responsibility, we can introduce you to an independent trustee to handle the winding up process.

Submit claims for unpaid pension contributions

We liaise with the relevant pension companies, complete RPS paperwork accurately, and submit information promptly.
