With a host of high profile company administrations hitting the headlines, it’s been a busy year for businesses in the insolvency sector. EvolveIS has been no exception!
We’ve seen demand for our outsourced IP services grow as IP firms face up to the challenge of responding quickly and efficiently to support the thousands of staff affected by insolvencies.
Across the UK, we’ve been involved in many of the year’s big-story cases, including high street stores, travel companies and restaurants. In Scotland, our presence has grown substantially, thanks to a series of contracts.
In each of these cases , we’ve been able to step in at short notice to take the pressure off our IP clients. Our team have been on the ground wherever needed, providing both technical expertise and practical help, tackling core admin tasks, and making sure redundant employees get payments fast and without hassle.
2019 has been an equally busy year within the business itself.
Our April rebrand from Insol Group (HR) to EvolveIS reflected a great deal of thinking and planning about how best to meet the evolving needs of IPs.
Having recognised that the industry needed a credible supplier for a range of outsourced services beyond ERA and pensions support, we set out to become that supplier. The result was the launch of a broad new suite of specialist services to help IP firms add capacity, gain competitive advantage, and increase profits.
Alongside this, we’ve been growing the team. Our latest recruit is former KPMG Employee Rights Act Specialist, Sally Box. She’ll be joined in the new year by two further new team members.
